The objective of this pedagogical project is to strengthen the inclusion processes in the regular classroom of the Gimnasio Moderno Vygotski educational institution located in La Mesa, Cundinamarca through the characterization of teaching actions and strategies, as well as the pedagogical evaluations of the students. and the training of classroom teachers to generate pedagogical strategies and support tools that allow them to carry out a successful inclusive pedagogical approach.
This project has an investigative nature framed within the qualitative paradigm and with a participatory research methodology where the researchers build a relationship with their object of study, which in this case is the educational community of the Gimnasio Moderno Vygostki Modern, generating a participant observation, intervention in the processes and teacher training through workshops. This investigative method is chosen because it supposes an approach that seeks to generate individual and collective trust that favors the processes of institutional improvement in terms of inclusive processes and having the Inclusion Index as a guiding tool.
