Synopsis

The financial sector is vital for the economy at a regional, national and international level, because through which both natural and legal persons invest their capital with the purpose of obtaining a return that allows them to obtain in the short and long term. term sustainability in the market either as a company or as a person.

The use of financial services currently has become more competitive in the way of meeting and solving the needs of our clients in the shortest possible time.

Through this applied research, it is intended to strengthen the customer service area through an internal and external study of MIBANCO, in order to discover the weaknesses and threats that are currently presented in the Ipiales office and thus propose an improvement plan in this area of ​​study that allows the entity to be at the forefront of the competition.
