The present investigation is established with the purpose of describing the main
factors that intervene in the learning processes in the area of literacy of boys and
girls from 10 to 12 years old, in an educational institution of San Pablo Bolívar, to
promote new knowledge about the subject, through the perspective of Max Neef, for
which it starts in the first instance from the recognition of the research problem which
refers to certain shortcomings in the appropriation of literacy processes among the
students who are part of this study and who for In the present investigation, the
analysis of the factors that influence the manifestation of this problem is prioritized
