STATE OF THE ART PROJECT 2022

Talking about early childhood education implies thinking that all boys and girls have equal opportunities to access and stay in education and can learn together this leads the state to guarantee this right provided educational opportunities that open the doors to all without any distinction. For this reason this research makes a search and compilation of documents, theoretical and bibliographical references for the state of the art of early childhood educational care in Colombia. To this end, a report will be prepared on the current status of policies and programmes in early childhood care. In turn, it will take into account the management that is given internationally to initial education complying with the established regulations, as well as the origin of education.
