Synopsis

This project arises as a result of a particular case to develop communication skills in the student María Ángel, with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Based on this, it is directed and committed to implementing innovative strategies that strengthen the student's communication in the classroom, with her classmates, teachers, her environment and mitigate the difficulties that arise in her daily life, recognizing that children with autism find it difficult communication, socialization, understanding the emotions of others and expressing repetitive behaviors or specific interests. Autism presents differently in each individual and can vary in its severity, ranging from the mildest cases to the most severe cases. In this sense, autism is a disability that persists throughout life, however, with the right support and strategies, it is possible to improve their disability and help them have a better life.
