Synopsis

Dyslexia is a “specific learning disorder” (SLD) that affects, in particular, reading and writing skills in people who suffer from it. This disorder is very common nowadays, since it is expected that one out of every five children in a regular classroom, in any institution, may suffer from it. Therefore, this study takes as a case an 8-year-old boy with this ASD, in order to develop a series of pedagogical tools, implemented in the classroom, to help him overcome dyslexia. The instruments proposed to the student will be presented in the form of a pedagogical booklet to be used by the institution as a guide in the learning process and improvement of reading and writing skills.
