Strengthening Cooperative Work in 4 to 5-Year-Old Children Through the Strategy of Building Games

This project is implementing an investigation that arises from the identification and observation of different behaviors in boys and girls, during the interactions and coexistence that occur among them. It was evidenced in the Manitos Creativas care unit, in the Putumayo Department, San Miguel Municipality, in the Bajo Amaron village, which provides early childhood education in the morning hours, that it is essential to strengthen cooperative work, sharing work tools, toys, and group coexistence, in boys and girls aged 4 to 5 years old, with the participation of all those involved in this process since they are the ones who form that important and essential part in their lives, starting with the contexts at the family, social, cultural levels, and teachers. Therefore, the identified difficulties are evidenced in not wanting to share with their classmates the elements or materials provided to them at the moment of working on activities, showing disobedience, fights, little interest, attention, isolation, among others. To achieve the objective or solve this problem, it is intended to establish strategies through construction play, which contribute to promoting cooperative work and the development of social and cognitive skills in this age range.
Likewise, it is necessary to recognize the influence that the family has in each of their homes regarding these behaviors, generating in them the involvement from co-responsibility as parents and strengthening parenting guidelines, for the well-being and education of boys and girls, thus achieving the expected in the population through the different actions undertaken in this project.
It is also of vital importance from the teaching role to take into account the different particularities, needs, interests, knowledge, likes, and perceptions of girls and boys, so that the strategies implemented can impact each of them, to achieve the strengthening of cooperative work, development of logical thinking, social and cognitive skills, in each of the interactions they face in their daily life, in educational environments during their teaching-learning processes
