Programa de prevención de enfermedades laborales en intérpretes de lengua de señas del colegio Departamental la esperanza de la ciudad de Villavicencio

The purpose of this work is to generate a program for the prevention of occupational diseases in interpreters of the La Esperanza Departmental College, in order to reduce the problem situation, where sign language interpreters as a result of the work they carry out trigger a series of musculoskeletal injuries and therefore generate effects such as work absenteeism and occupational diseases, emotional burdens, stress and psychosocial risks, for this reason research and deepening between both aspects is carried out. The general objective of the research is to design a prevention plan to reduce the risks and dangers to which the LSC interpreters of the La Esperanza Departmental College are exposed, to mitigate occupational diseases and improve working conditions. With the purpose of mitigating these risks and diseases in the interpreters, favoring their space and work environment, generating a work, physical and emotional quality. The possible results which are found are musculoskeletal injuries caused by repetitive movements, bad postures, prolonged postures that generate exhaustion and muscle fatigue, causing overload in the muscles and joints, on the other hand, an emotional overload, affecting their psychosocial development, thus leading them to experience situations of stress and mental fatigue.
