Synopsis

The incorporation of information and communication technologies consists in the implementation of various pedagogical strategies supported by innovation that contribute positively to the educational processes that are constantly changing, recognizing that the interest of both students and teachers to strengthen the educational and teaching environment is highlighted, recognizing that reading and writing in students play a key role, because although it is not the only means of interaction and learning, it is the most widely used; Thus, when there are no good foundations in the acquisition of these processes, difficulties may arise in the teaching-learning of knowledge. In this sense, this pedagogical proposal seeks to strengthen the reading and writing processes in children between 6 and 7 years old who belong to the first grade at Casablanca School, through the online booklet "Practicing wonders of reading and writing P.M.P.". For this purpose, methodological strategies are implemented such as observation and guided activities that diagnose, develop and support the reading and writing process, focused on the use and application of emerging pedagogies and thus determine the strengths and weaknesses mediated by significant learning. According to Mora, F and Salazar, K (2018) With the incorporation of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational field, e-learning arises, which consists of the creation and implementation of innovative pedagogical strategies supported with ICT that bring benefits to the educational process. On the other hand, San Martín (2009) reflects on how these technologies permeate the pillars of teaching, and also points out that their mere presence generates great interest in education professionals and students, which makes it necessary to review current teaching practices, in addition to the evolution that should lead to the use of the full potential of ICT.
Initially students have a phonemic-graphic referencing, which is more evident by the low reading rate, this low reading rate is also caused by the difficulty in the correct pronunciation of some words, leading them to reread again and again, awakening insecurity and finally leading them to say any word or incoherent sounds, based on this different strategies mediated by ICT that favor the process of reading and writing in a significant and positive way, taking into account that not everyone has the same shortcomings are made known. According to Camacho (1996) Montessori shows us that between spoken language and graphic language there must be an articulation between the two so that the child can learn to read and write more fluently and not find it difficult to relate them and at the same time work through play to facilitate understanding.
