Revisión bibliográfica sistemática de modelos de asignación de personal de enfermería en la literatura disponible del periodo entre 2012 a 2023 para la definición de un estándar aplicable a un servicio de hospitalización en una clínica de segundo nivel de
Synopsis
Traditionally, the assignment of nursing staff in hospital services in Colombia has been carried out using subjective criteria, without prior investigative or scientific support. In order to define the best option for organizing nursing human resources applicable to the practice in the hospitalization services of a second-level institution of attention, a qualitative systematic literature review of nursing staff assignment models in these services will be carried out. For this purpose, the ReSiste-CSH Framework will be used as a methodology for literature review, which consists of four phases: search, evaluation, analysis, and synthesis. The search will be carried out in scientific databases that provide quality documentation, consulting the available literature on the web corresponding to the period from 2012 to 2023, and the other phases are described in detail in the methodology defined for the research. Finally, based on the critical review of the documentation, a model will be selected that defines an applicable standard according to the purpose of the research.
