In addition, it was found that they prefer recreational activities and spending time with their peers, instead of using technology, which is a possible solution to the problem. 1. An unhealthy life and procrastination are factors, among others, that decrease the level of tolerance for frustration in children, and that also distort the way in which they perceive themselves. 2. It is necessary to create awareness in the adult population about their responsibility in the inappropriate use of different technologies by children.  It is the responsibility of adults to set a good example for children, regarding the use of their time, as well as guide them in the activities to practice during their free time, and teach them the proper use of technology.
