It is considered that electronic devices are indispensable for society, since they facilitate communication between people, learning processes and commerce, among others, this is highlighted to a greater extent thanks to what has been experienced in the pandemic where the use of technological devices becomes an obligation in all spheres of society, including education, which is permeated by the use of resources mediated by technology, although if it is not used properly it affects people, especially children and adolescents, who enter into a situation of vulnerability.

For this reason, there is an interest in analyzing this problematic situation, since changes have been evidenced in the behavior of this population due to the restrictions that are made in institutions and homes regarding the use of technological devices.

The research is done to identify aspects of the influence of the use of technological devices, where the collection of information allows to know important aspects, both negative and positive, thus contributing this information to the community and to future research.
