"introduction. Bullying is a phenomenon that is increasingly linked day by day within interactions in educational centers, in turn causing negative consequences for those who experience it. Aim. "Understanding the experiences of bullying in fourth grade students at a District Educational Center in the department of Magdalena." Materials and methods. The research is carried out under the descriptive methodology, through the selection of articles in the databases Redalyc, Scielo, Revista Investigación Psicoeducativa, Behavioral Psychology, it is a research exercise of a qualitative phenomenological type with non-probabilistic sampling. Results. From the in-depth interviews carried out and the constructed analysis, a great need is identified in the educational center regarding the programming of actions for the promotion and prevention of Bullying. Discussion. Understanding the experiences of students against bullying brings together an essential factor to define an action plan that becomes a protective factor for said population. Conclusion. Bullying has been presented at a low level, but nevertheless there is a lot of interest in learning more about the subject.
