Research on the risk factors of sexual abuse in children should be focused and endorsed according to the context where the child's daily life is, taking into account that there will be many factors that will vary according to the environment, so the general objective is to determine the risk factors that affect the cases of sexual abuse in the school and family environment of children of 7 and 8 years of age of the educational institution, this research is carried out with the purpose of preventing and reducing the cases of child sexual abuse in children, through the study and determination of the risk factors that affect this type of cases, which are altered or change depending on the style and quality of life of the children in their homes, three risk factors that affect the cases of sexual abuse in children of 7 and 8 years of age of the educational institution are evidenced.

physical and psychological abuse arises, since some students state that they do not live with their parents and that they present a level of neglect, thus leading them to live with other people such as grandparents, siblings, aunts and uncles or caregivers, making children have a higher level of vulnerability, dysfunctional families, some children state that they live in foster homes with people they do not know or with their grandmothers, uncles and aunts or neighbors. As a result, children lose their identity (who they are, where they come from and who their closest relatives are), causing children not to find someone to trust and abandonment, some children report some type of abandonment or feel lonely due to lack of support from their parents or caregivers, therefore, children report a lack of love, support and quality time from their parents or caregivers, causing children to react violently or aggressively against their peers, presenting emotional disorder.
