Synopsis

Much is mentioned about entrepreneurship in school environments, however, very little is assumed in order to develop competencies based on what it means to undertake and the impacts it generates on school or academic activity. To understand the experiences around the difficulties to acquire knowledge and skills necessary for entrepreneurship in adolescents from a school in the municipality of Puerto Rico Caquetá. It is a qualitative research, characterized by action research with the students of an IE in the municipality of Puerto Rico Caquetá with whom the research instruments represented in the interview and general observation of practices in the school context are executed. Changes in attitudes and aptitudes with a tendency to improve performance levels are identified when interacting from the approaches with school entrepreneurship. The direct relationship of classroom practices with the development of competencies and the continuous improvement of school performance. Integrating activities that are directly related to entrepreneurship into classroom practices significantly activates the development of skills necessary for the life of students, bringing with them better levels of performance.
