COMPRENDER EL CONTEXTO FAMILIAR Y SU RELACIÓN CON EL ACCIONAR DELICTIVO EN ADOLESCENTES ENTRE 14 Y 17 AÑOS, PRIVADOS DE LA LIBERTAD EN EL CENTRO DE ATENCIÓN ESPECIALIZADO (CAE) – VILLAVICENCIO

This paper presents the importance of understanding the relationship between the
family context and criminal behavior in adolescents between 14 and 17 years old
deprived of liberty, in the Specialized Care Center (CAE) of Villavicencio.
The process was carried out through the articulation of the proposed objectives that
allowed us to have the necessary information for its construction, following the
suggestions and support of the advisors, taking into account the pedagogical and
restorative process through which adolescents deprived of liberty go through.
The foregoing in order to analyze the way in which the family context and the
interactions within this system can influence the adolescent's decision that later
leads him to be immersed in the commission of the crime, something that will allow
preventive work both with other young people as well as with their families seeking
to avoid the entry into the criminal life of other adolescents.
