Caracterización del conocimiento y las herramientas de educación inclusiva de los docentes de bachillerato en una institución educativa del Municipio de Soacha

The objective of this research article is to reflect on teaching competencies, the
tools that teachers have on inclusive education issues applied in the classroom, this article is
derived from a research project proposed in the specialization on integral development of the
childhood and adolescence in the Ibero, what it seeks is to make a reflective critical analysis
of the teaching role, the competencies of the inclusive teacher in the classroom, the tools that
teachers have for working in the classroom with diverse populations, the applicability of the
decree 1421 in the educational institution of the municipality of Soacha cundinamarca and
its teaching population. We will present the results derived from the research project where
teachers complete the questionnaire where different questions are asked to be able to account
for the level of knowledge that teachers of the educational institution have regarding the
processes of inclusive education, knowledge about the tools that can be used in inclusive
education processes in the classroom to advance teaching-learning processes with diverse
students.
