Propuesta de mejora para el proceso productivo de ensamble en la elaboración de sombreros de nailon a partir del método SMED en la empresa Jalisco S.A. del municipio Colon Génova (Nariño).

The present investigation is oriented to the development of an improvement proposal focused on the productive optimization of nylon hats in the company Jalisco S.A. of the Municipality of Colon Génova (NARIÑO), which aims to maximize productivity levels and establish standard times in the production area, with the lean manufacturing methodology basically all the necessary elements are analyzed and once those aspects are known that are not useful, are removed from the equation to the greatest extent possible. With this, what is intended is to give a process of the resources and times used, which favors the achievement of greater productivity, greater profits and more quality in what is offered to the user.
It is expected then, that the research will be a help contribution to clarify the doubts regarding productivity in order to improve the unnecessary elements that could affect the performance, safety and quality of the production, with this we want to determine the time that requires completing the process, activity or specific step taking into account these stages of production in the textile sector in the industrial process that continues to bet on artisanal manufacturing using techniques that have been developed each time improving them to arrive at a product with excellent conditions, Today the industry is focused on making the best use of resources as well as good management and strategies that are increasingly being provided and developed in factories to give a good finished product.
