Comportamientos del uso del videojuego FREEFIRE en adolescentes de 14 a 16 años de edad, en proceso de restablecimiento de derechos en una comisaría de familia del municipio de Alcala - Valle
Synopsis
This investigation searches for negative behaviors caused by the excessive playing of this game in a group of teenagers in reestablishment of rights process in a family court in Alcalá, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Ecological theory of human behavior of Bronfenbrenner was the ground to understand the findings. This study has a qualitative research approach, with ethnographic method and descriptive scope. The in-depth interview was the instrument to obtain information. It was found Free Fire is taken as other vital context by teenagers. They manifested four negative behaviors, seven psychological disorders and deteriorating relationships with family and friends, and low academic performance as well. Brofenbrenner theory allows to propose a set of caring curriculums to solve and prevent, given at the end, to be executed by parents, caregivers, tutors and teacher; to solve a matter not caused by teenagers but by social neglect.
