La Ausencia y falta de Corresponsabilidad en el ámbito educativo de algunos padres de familias de niños y niñas entre 6 a 10 años, de un colegio ubicado en el municipio de Cajicá - Cundinamarca.

The absence and lack of parental co-responsibility leads to the violation of children's rights in different aspects, evidencing disinterest in the obligations with respect to school, as is the case of little or no delivery of activities, which require accompaniment and guidance, poor attendance, inadequate personal presentation, in perhaps extreme cases, children without breakfast. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze how the absence and lack of co-responsibility of some parents of children between 6 and 10 years old, in a school located in the municipality of Cajicá (Cundinamarca), influences the educational environment.

Thus, the research uses qualitative methodology, through a phenomenological research design, to understand the co-responsibility that parents have with children between 6 and 10 years old. The sample consisted of 7 boys and girls between 6 and 10 years old who presented absence of parental co-responsibility within the school environment and were students of a school located in the municipality of Cajicá (Cundinamarca), 14 teachers of the institution and 10 parents responsible for the 7 children interviewed. For the collection of information, the techniques used were participant observation and semi-structured interviews.

Through the analysis of the information it was possible to confirm that the absence and lack of co-responsibility influences the academic performance of the children due to the lack of interest in the assignment of the proposed activities and especially those that are left for home, at the same time the children wore a dirty uniform and clothes that were not part of it; the most influential factors were the little time that the parents have, due to the excess of work and extracurricular activities.
