In the context of the social contingency produced by Covid-19, educational institutions were forced to see their students take the teaching-learning processes, in a family context under virtual modalities. This caused alterations in the educational phases in terms of: norms, fulfillment of activities and school responsibilities. Particularly for this investigation, the effects of the contingency are seen in the negative emotional behaviors in boys and girls, evidenced in the states of mind that have influenced the behaviors they express with themselves and others. This in a population of infants at risk of vulnerability due to social and economic inequality, affected by forced displacement. The objective of deepening this problem is: To know the negative emotional behaviors in boys and girls from 8 to 10 years old after the health emergency by COVID 19, in an educational institution in the Campo Galán village of the city of Barrancabermeja. In order to investigate this topic, a qualitative ethnographic study is applied, with 12 infants ranging in age from 8 to 10 years, in which a participant observation is carried out in 6 sessions of 20 minutes. Where significant data is obtained on the behavior in the face of negative emotions in the classroom, in addition, 26 articles of work published in the last 3 years in journals indexed in the databases are taken into account, in which alterations at the mental level are shown., psychological and behavioral that confinement leaves. It is important that minors who present alterations in their emotional processes and behavior receive support from the pertinent entities to positively influence their integral development.
