Análisis de la productividad en la entidad microfinanciera “CRECER” ubicada en municipio de Puerto Asís, Putumayo

To analyze and make a diagnosis of the key factors that affect productivity in the placement of loans of a microcredit corporation of the financial sector located in the department of Putumayo, municipality of Puerto Asis. The proposed research is of a quantitative nature, framed within the descriptive level, non-experimental and carried out with documentary support. The data collection technique will be taken from the company's database, as well as market research and competition analysis.

The company on which this research is focused is dedicated to the placement of credits focused mainly on the rural sector of the municipality of Puerto Asis, has strategies to ensure its objectives and goals, carefully anticipate the execution of processes based on the generation of products and practice teamwork, however, show low productivity due to weaknesses in service quality, effective planning of specific activities, lack of management, staff training, communication, negotiation, promotion of service portfolio, delay in service times and demotivation due to the increase in workload.

Once the key factors affecting productivity are analyzed, an action plan will be designed to minimize the negative effects evidenced in the research.
