Propuesta de mejora para el control de los inventarios en la Droguería Universal de San Vicente de Chucurí, (Santander)

The improvement proposal aims to implement the Reorder Point (ROP) technique at Universal Pharmacy in San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander, to enhance inventory control. This technique establishes a minimum stock level at which a new order should be placed to prevent product shortages. By implementing this technique, inventory levels will be optimized, shortages of essential products will be reduced, supplier management will be improved, and decision-making related to inventory will be facilitated. This proposal seeks to achieve efficient inventory management, meet customer needs, and reduce costs associated with inventory management at the pharmacy
