Mejora de las condiciones laborales para el personal contratista con discapacidad: una propuesta para una empresa constructora ubicada en Pasto-Colombia.

This research project aims to propose improvements in working conditions for contractor personnel with motor disabilities in a construction company located in Pasto-Colombia. To achieve this, an analysis of Colombian legislation regarding the labor inclusion of people with disabilities will be carried out, additionally a characterization of the population of contractors with motor disabilities in different work areas will be carried out.

This is a descriptive qualitative research with an action-research design, in which data collection techniques such as direct observation and the characterization matrix and the legal matrix will be used. The information collected will be analyzed using content analysis techniques.

The project seeks to contribute to knowledge about the barriers and challenges faced by the population of contractors with motor disabilities in Colombia, and propose solutions to improve their working conditions and guarantee access to decent and equitable work based on Colombian legislation. The expected impacts include increased awareness of the working conditions of people with disabilities, as well as the promotion of inclusive policies and practices in the workplace. This includes a final investigation report that includes the results and recommendations. This project seeks to contribute to the construction of a more inclusive and equitable society in terms of working conditions for people with motor disabilities.
