Abstract
Introduction: Clinical Simulation (CS) is undoubtedly a pedagogical strategy that strengthens the teaching-learning processes, and by articulating with the attributes of gamification, it guarantees other dynamics in the educational field, which respond to the current world trend. Objective: To propose a pedagogical strategy for the development of physiotherapeutic approach skills according to APTA (American Association Physical Therapy) in the context of cardiopulmonary deficiencies based on clinical simulation using gamification.
Methodology: A methodology of agile projects, document review and prototype development is used.
Results: It is expected to achieve the functionality of a game prototype and carry out pilot.tests
