Escuela comunitaria de interculturalidad y territorios de paz-Estrategia digital
Synopsis
This innovation project bets on a technological (digital) process that strengthens the social and community fabric in the locality of Ciudad Bolivar, articulating grassroots community processes in different areas (literature, poetry, music, agriculture, art, dance, ecotourism, environmentalism, sports, victims, human rights, education, participation, social work, radio, technology, among others). We propose a work that involves a participatory approach from the Participatory Action Research (PAR), which, although it involves mainly social and community elements, it involves the articulation with science and technology from a dynamic of dialogue of knowledge and systematic return of knowledge, where the impact and purpose proposed are adjusted to the needs of the collective and work in collaborative scenarios. In this sense, the construction of a digital application, for use in cell phones and mobile applications, allows from digital scenarios (increasingly massive in access and interaction) to apply communication and interaction processes (divergence), where communities can bet on clear objectives and high impact; this space will provide a communication/visibility channel between the different organizations of the locality and the inhabitants of the same, allowing a recognition of processes, an interaction with them and the possibility of contributing in two ways to objectives or problems of the community. This application is based on the generation of an open code, which involves at all times each of the parties involved in the project, serving as a base element for collective construction and involving the digital component as a right and a field that should be more formally articulated in social and community dynamics.
