Modelo de transición económica en zonas de explotación petrolera mediante proyectos productivos verdes en el departamento del Meta – Colombia – FASE I

This project seeks to formulate a systemic model of economic transition in oil exploitation zones in the department of Meta - Colombia that allows to reduce the economic dependence on hydrocarbons through green productive projects articulated with "Green Growth" and that contemplates related dimensions such as local and sustainable development, environment, international cooperation and productivity. Characterization of the population and local and national policies and their progress in terms of green growth and energy transition, 2. Establishment of potential green productive projects, 3. Determination of a priori feasibility and scope of these projects, and 4. At the methodological level, it is a mixed research, where qualitative research focuses on participatory or participant research according to the access achieved with the community, with techniques such as in-depth interviews and focus groups, based on a narrative design. On the other hand, at a quantitative level, the feasibility of different green productive projects will be established and the construction of indicators and econometric model in the search to guarantee the efficiency of the systemic model.
