Caracterización de las conductas disruptivas en niñas y niños de 5° grado de una institución distrital de Bogotá: Bullying

The phenomenon of bullying is a problem that affects educational institutions in our country at the district or private level, at least one in three students has been the victim of aggression, whose behavior pattern is made up of an imbalance of self-esteem, the reiteration of the aggression and the intention to harm the other. Aim. Build a characterization of disruptive behaviors that affect school life in 5th grade boys and girls from a district institution in Bogotá. Methodology. Qualitative descriptive exploratory type, with a sample of 5 children, Results. Lack of an authority model to follow, lack of parenting guidelines, and little assertiveness in homes considered triggers of aggressive behavior in minors, low tolerance for frustration that affects families and their environment were identified. Discussion. It is a social responsibility to accompany the actors in the conflict, becoming aware of the problem, working on the prevention and mitigation of the problem. Conclusions. The educational community must be integrated, not to stigmatize the problem in the figure of the harasser, but rather to find solutions, and work on the prevention and mitigation of the problem, being consistent with the comprehensive education plan of the institution "communication and values, which will allow to transform the coexistence.
